We aim to dispatch your jewellery in up to 20 working days. This means that for UK mainland you will receive it after an extra 2-3 working days. This is Royal Mail "signed for" delivery service. Special Delivery next day might also be possible upon request.
All designs featuring set stones can take up to 3 weeks to prepare. Please also allow us 3 to 4 weeks to receive any bespoke design (rings, bespoke initial pendants).
If you need your jewellery for a specific occasion it is most often possible to ask for Special Delivery next day service (depending on the chosen design and destination).

For international deliveries, it will take up to 6 working days to reach you after we dispatch the order. This is also a Royal Mail International "signed for" service.
All Sibylle Jewels are gift wrapped and come either in a jewellery gift box or in a small pouch according to the chosen style.
